Meet Jules

Jules is 70 years old and is a dad of two wonderful children - a boy and a girl. They are all grown up and have families of their own, but he remembers when they were not so old. He has twin 9-year-old boys that keep grandpa busy. He loves the fact that even at an older age his children still seek him out for advice and family get togethers.

Jules is retired now but worked as a manager for the US Postal Service for over 48 years. He truly knows the power of writing, sending and receiving a letter in the mail. When he was a letter carrier, he saw the delight of his customer's opening up a personal letter and just smiling for days. Getting mail was an important event whenever someone opened their mailbox. These days Jules spends time with his dog and fiancé as they travel to visit family which is quite large once both sides are combined.

Being an outdoors man, Jules enjoys walking in woods and spending time around the many lakes in upstate New York.  Jules’ father and mother are still around at 97 and 93 years old respectively. They still live in the house he grew up in with many holidays still spent there with the whole family. His father still gives him advice, and his mother still laughs at his jokes. Somethings, thankfully, never change. He is very excited to pass along advice and comfort to whomever wants to hear from a dad.
