I taught high school science for 34 years. I have made many mistakes both professionally and personally. Failure is a teacher, so hopefully someone can learn from my mistakes.

I grew up in a less than perfect family in a less than perfect world like most people. I am a shy introvert that has been forced to sometimes act like an extrovert due to my responsibilities and life choices. Some would even say I have autistic tendencies. But hey, we are all on the spectrum somewhere. At a certain point one has to just accept who they are, warts and all.

I exercise daily, garden, learn something new everyday, keep up with current events, read a lot, cat sit (too much) for other people's cats. and live a relatively simple life. Nothing exciting here.

Life philosophy: Just keep moving forward or you are just stuck in the same place. Life is not fair nor easy.
